RETURN POLICY

Please read the following to expedite all returns. All returns for exchanges and/or refunds must be processed with 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Defective goods must be received within 7 days after the RA# was issued. Returns may take up to two to six weeks to be processed. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We asked that you do contact our office via email customerservice@highpointtactical.com to request an RMA number. RMA should be clearly marked on the packaging. We will recharge the shipping fee for all packages returned to us due to an undeliverable address, return without an RMA, or customer refusal.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION. We reserve the right to refuse any items for any of the following: (including, but not limited to) Damaged – tears, holes, scratches, dirt, sun, water, antiperspirant stains, makeup. Not in the packaging, defaced, tags not included. Items that have been tailored or altered in any way. Any items with odors (cigarette smoke, perfume, colognes, dogs, cats, etc.). Wear and tear such as scratches or dents. Undergarments and socks are not eligible for refund.

NO RETURNS on any products containing any form of liquid. This includes but is not limited to gun cleaning kits, pepper sprays, gun lubricant, and cleaning products. Unwanted items and other returns will be subject to 30% restocking fee with freight prepaid.

RETURNS FOR REFUNDS

A refund will be remitted to you via your credit card account used during purchase, less any shipping or restocking fees. We cannot credit a credit card account not used during the initial transaction. If you received free shipping on your initial order, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED THE MERCHANDISE AMOUNT MINUS OUR SHIPPING / HANDLING COST.

FREE PROMOTINAL MERCHANDISE INCLUDED WITH YOUR INITIAL ORDER MUST BE INCLUDED WITH YOUR RETURN. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for the full retail amount of the promotional item.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange the product you will be responsible for all shipping cost. Free shipping only applies to the initial order. You may include the shipping cost estimated on your original order or we can charge your card for the shipping cost. All items must meet the above specification for an exchange. If your product is not found to be in original condition, it will be refused.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you receive and item that is defective, the item must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty or replacement. We do not handle or process defective merchandise.

RETURN ITEMS

All returned items should be clearly marked with the RMA and shipped to: Highpoint Tactical Attn: RETURNS 101 Colony Park Drive, Ste 300 Cumming, GA 30040 Highpoint Tactical is not responsible for any damaged or lost merchandise shipped to us. Please retain your shipping receipt. All claims should be handled with your shipping company.

SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of UPS/FedEx. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight/dimensional weight of your order or by flat fee. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Any information you give to us will be held with care and will not be used in any ways without your consent.
